Kübi Data Privacy, Access Control & Service Policy — a Reviver Global SaaS platform.

Overview

Kübi, developed and operated by Reviver Global, is a secure, enterprise-grade Knowledge Operating System designed to enable organizations to store, manage, and interact with proprietary knowledge through AI-powered systems, including Large Language Models (LLMs).

These Terms define data ownership, access responsibilities, AI handling, service levels, and limitations of liability. By using Kübi, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Data ownership and environment isolation

All data uploaded, processed, or generated within Kübi remains the exclusive property of the subscribing organization (Client).

Kübi enforces strict environment-level isolation ensuring no data is shared across Clients and all activity is confined to each Client's instance.

No Client data is used to train or influence models for other Clients.

Access control and client responsibility

Kübi provides role-based access control (RBAC); however, the Client is solely responsible for user provisioning, role assignment, credential security, and governance.

Kübi does not manage or audit internal access decisions made within your organization.

Responsibility for user actions

All activity within your organization's Kübi instance is considered authorized under the Client's control.

Reviver Global is not liable for misuse, unauthorized access due to compromised credentials, or internal data exposure caused by improper configurations.

AI and LLM data handling

All AI interactions are scoped to the Client's isolated environment. No cross-client learning occurs.

Clients are responsible for validating AI-generated outputs before use. Kübi is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for professional judgment.

Subscription tiers and service levels

Standard Tier: 99.0% uptime, business hours support, 1 business day response.

Professional Tier: 99.5% uptime, priority support, 4–8 hour response.

Enterprise Tier: 99.9% uptime, 24/7 support, 1–2 hour critical response.

SLA exclusions include client-side issues, third-party outages, and force majeure events. Specific SLA commitments for your organization are defined in your order form or enterprise agreement.

Security measures

Encryption in transit and at rest, secure infrastructure, and monitoring mechanisms are implemented.

Security is a shared responsibility. Clients must maintain strong credentials, appropriate role assignments, and secure operating practices for their users.

Limitation of liability

Reviver Global is not liable for data loss, misuse, AI output errors, or business decisions based on outputs.

Kübi provides information and assistance to support decisions; it does not replace qualified professional advice or internal compliance review.

Compliance and data governance

Clients must ensure compliance with applicable laws such as GDPR or industry regulations relevant to their use of Kübi.

Reviver Global acts as a data processor for Client content, not the data controller. Clients determine lawful bases and purposes for processing their organization's data in Kübi.

Acknowledgment and acceptance

By using Kübi, Clients accept full responsibility for data, user management, and risks associated with usage.
